WiFi Network: “GBL Guests” (no password).
Two toilets down the hall and two toilets downstairs - walk to the left of the studio and follow the hall until you see the waiting area, the toilets are directly in front of the sofas. The downstairs toilets are directly below the upstairs toilets.
Kitchenette - walk to the left of the studio and follow the hall until you see the waiting area, the kitchenette is to the left of the waiting area.
STUDIO TOURS
Appointments can be booked as little as 24 hours in advance. Therefore for last minute bookings we cannot guarantee a studio tour. To arrange a studio tour you can contact us and we will let you know if there’s any availability for us to schedule a studio tour(s).
organisation + clean up
Setting up and breaking down what is needed for your shoot must be accounted for in the amount of time you reserve. Please book more than your “shoot time” to make sure you are in and out on-time. For clean-up, please refer to the reference photos of the studio for how the studio should look when you leave. Please take out what you bring in - including hangers, boxes, props, florals, etc.
If there is an appointment directly after you (Studio One), we will let you know. If there is not, we will also let you know so you can add more time during your session if needed (please refer to our individual studio web pages for their specific overtime rates).
If you are late leaving the studio, you will be billed a late fee equal to the overtime rate.
REFUNDS + RESCHEDULING
No refunds are given for cancellation. We can reschedule your appointment for another date if given at least 14 days notice prior to the original hire date or else this option will not be available. In the event of any successful rescheduling, only one reschedule will be granted whereby a new reschedule date must be confirmed, after this there will be no option to reschedule the same booking again.

Client Sessions
It’s required that everyone that enters the building signs in at reception upon entry with the “Host” being “Quest Studios”. You are responsible for all studio attendees and this includes any spontaneous extra people that may be present on the day such as guests/carers of studio attendees. They will still be seen as your responsibility and not seen as strangers.
If using the waiting area, no more than 3 people should be there at a time and for no longer than 15 minutes. Guests in the waiting area should behave in a quiet and respectful manner as this is a shared waiting area for all businesses in the building.
Our max capacity for Studio One is 8 people and for Studio Two it’s 15 people.

NO SMOKING
NO smoking is allowed in the building by any circumstance and that includes E-Cigarettes. If we do see/find/smell that you have smoked in the studio there will be a £100 fine and your hire will be immediately terminated with no option for a refund or a reschedule.

Metered parking is available on Cody Road. Parking is also available further down the road on the first left (South Crecsent) and also the first road on the right (North Crescent).
